- Smart Locks & Keypads (X Series/Magic Keypad): 1.5 Years from acceptance date
- Accessories (Switches/Electromagnetic Locks): 6 Months from acceptance date
Note: Start date based on buyer’s signed acceptance form
Warranty Coverage

- Performance failures (e.g., system crash, recognition failure)
- Material defects (e.g., screen delamination, shell cracking)
- Craftsmanship flaws (e.g., solder joint detachment)
Physical damage requires unboxing video proof
❌ Exclusions:
- Impact/drop damage, natural disasters (lightning/floods)
- Water damage (except IP65-rated products)
- Unauthorized disassembly, voltage/current overload
- Tampered serial number/anti-tamper labels
- Non-Feocey accessories, user error, gray-market purchases
Discontinued Product Policy
- Parts Retention: Compatible parts supplied for 3 years after discontinuation
- Alternative Solution: Trade-in service if parts unavailable (requires user consent)
