Feocey can adapt firmware, the device application, branding, and feature behavior when the selected model supports that change. Tell us the model and the workflow. The exact scope is confirmed against that product before work starts.
DejaOS is a separate way to build a device application. It applies only to supported models, firmware, and SDK targets. It is not available on every Feocey device.
Hardware customization is possible when it follows Feocey’s product direction. It is not a standing offer for every enclosure, mounting part, or new device.

Agree the accepted configuration, quantity, and commercial terms before production begins.
Manufacturing follows the confirmed scope. A custom hardware order uses the minimum above.
Shipment is arranged for the confirmed order. Timing is included in the project quotation.

Samples of standard hardware products start at 2 units. Turnstile quantities depend on the cabinet and lane configuration. Use the samples to check the configuration you intend to order.
Custom hardware has a minimum order of 1,000 units. Discuss the project in detail before that order is confirmed.
Lead time is evaluated case by case. It depends on production and the customization scope. Contact Feocey for a quotation. This page does not publish a fixed number of days or a price.
The usual path is inquiry, requirement discussion, sample, confirmation, production, and delivery. Each step is general. The sample, quantity, and schedule are confirmed for the individual project.
