Information we receive

When you send an inquiry, we receive the name and work email you provide, your optional company and message, the selected product or project type, and the page or campaign information associated with the request. Please do not send passwords, biometric data or other sensitive personal information in the form.

Our server processes request information, including an IP address, to protect the form against abuse. The rate-limit database stores a keyed hash of the IP address rather than the plain address. If you allow optional analytics, your browser may hold the accepted entrance and approved campaign attribution in session storage. This context is renewed after 30 minutes without a recorded page visit or interaction. Declining analytics removes this stored attribution.

How we use it

We use inquiry details to respond, identify the product or configuration you asked about, arrange follow-up discussions and protect the website. A successful inquiry may trigger one automatic email acknowledgement. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.

Services involved

Cloudflare Turnstile helps verify form submissions. Resend sends the sales notification and any customer acknowledgement. Our hosting, database and business email services process information needed to operate the site and answer you. If you choose external links such as Alibaba, WhatsApp or DejaOS documentation, those services handle your visit under their own terms.

Videos play within this website using YouTube. The player connects to YouTube after you choose to watch or play a video. YouTube may use cookies and process information about your device and viewing activity under Google’s Privacy Policy.

Optional website analytics

When Google Analytics is enabled on this website, it loads only after you choose “Allow analytics” in Privacy choices. It helps us understand page visits, successful inquiry submissions, clicks on approved documents and visits to Alibaba or WhatsApp. A document event records a click, not proof that a download completed; an inquiry event records the accepted submission, not proof of inbox delivery.

We send only registered campaign labels and recognized referral website origins to help distinguish traffic sources. Unknown campaign values and referral websites remain unclassified. We do not send inquiry names, email addresses, message text, full external links or page query strings to Google Analytics. Google may process device and connection information and use analytics cookies under Google’s Privacy Policy. We do not enable advertising personalization or Google signals in our website tag.

You can allow, decline or withdraw analytics using Privacy choices at the bottom of the page. Your preference is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. Withdrawing stops further analytics events and removes the analytics cookies accessible to this website; it does not delete data already received by Google. If browser storage is unavailable, the choice applies only to the current page. Inquiries and videos you choose to play remain available regardless of this choice.

Store and purchases

The Store displays product configurations and links to Alibaba. Checkout, payment and order processing take place on Alibaba under its own terms and privacy notice. This website does not collect payment card details or create a customer shopping account. You can contact Feocey through the inquiry form before following a purchase link.

Keeping and protecting information

Short-lived form protection and duplicate-submission records in our application database are scheduled for cleanup once they are more than 48 hours old. The website application database does not store inquiry names, email addresses or message bodies. It retains only hashed identifiers, timestamps, counters and submission or delivery status for protection and duplicate handling. Inquiry details are sent to our designated contact mailbox. The website owner manages access to that mailbox and handles information requests. Emails and any subsequent business records are kept while needed for follow-up, an active order, service or applicable record-keeping obligations, then reviewed for deletion. The application’s 48-hour cleanup does not delete mailbox messages or records held by service providers. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can ask us about your inquiry information or request a correction or deletion by emailing avery@feocey.com. Please identify the inquiry email address and approximate submission date so the website owner can locate the relevant records. We may need to verify that the request concerns your information. We will review the request and any applicable legal or record-keeping requirements. This process concerns personal information held by us; it does not clear browsing history stored on your own device. You can also contact us directly by email or WhatsApp without using the website form.

We may update this notice when the website or our handling practices change. The updated date on this page shows the current version.
