Introduction
The FEOCEY Home App is the nerve center of the FEOCEY X GEN1 smart lock. Available for both iOS and Android, it transforms your smartphone into a full-featured key that puts you in complete control of your door, no matter where you are. This guide covers every major function.
Getting Started
Download the FEOCEY Home App from the App Store or Google Play. Create an account, then follow the setup wizard to pair your lock with your home Wi-Fi network. The entire process takes about 3 minutes.
Lock and Unlock from Anywhere
The home screen shows your lock front and center. One tap locks the door; one tap unlocks it. There is no need to be on the same network as the lock. As long as your phone has internet, you can control your door from across the street or across the world.
Access Codes
Creating a Code
Navigate to Access Codes, tap Add, and choose between:
- Permanent codes — for family members and trusted individuals
- Temporary codes — for guests, contractors, or Airbnb guests
- Scheduled codes — active only during specific time windows
Sharing Codes
Codes can be shared via text message, email, or any messaging app. Each code is unique to the lock, so even if someone screenshots it, it only works for your door.
Activity Log
Every lock and unlock event is logged with a timestamp. The activity feed shows who accessed the door and when, including entries made with physical keys. This is especially useful for parents monitoring teenage children or homeowners managing rental properties.
Low Battery Alerts
The app monitors battery level and sends a push notification when it drops below 20%. You will have plenty of time to replace the 3 CR123A batteries before they die completely.
Multi-Lock Management
If you have multiple FEOCEY locks (front door, back door, office), the app groups them together. Switch between locks with a single tap.
Security Notifications
Configure alerts for specific events: every unlock, only陌生开锁 attempts, or daily summary reports. Customize notification sounds so you never miss an important event.
Guest Sharing
The Shared Locations feature lets you give another FEOCEY Home user full access to your lock without sharing your account password. Revoke access at any time with one tap.
